  their properties for sale on the web site.  In all cases, a written agreement between an agent, business, or
  seller and Homefindinginfo.com shall take precedence over provisions of these Terms only to the extent
  that the written agreement conflicts with the Terms herein.  All non-conflicting provisions to remain in
  effect.

·          ADDITIONAL TERMS; MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS
