How to get your Agent to work twice as hard  Alex DuPont 9/03

When you decide that it's time to sell your home, who you pick to represent you with your transaction is very important.  The numbers show there isn't much more to the average Real Estate Agent than the agent themselves.  Most agents operate a one person show - and they're probably breaking their backs trying to do a good job for their clients.  Most agents couldn't really work any harder than they're already working.

The fact is, most of these agents are probably working as hard as humanly possible, but if the quality and profitability of your home sale suffers as a result of them trying to do everything themselves.... well, you have a right to feel CHEATED and UNDERSERVICED!

You may be asking, what else can I do?  Well, the answer is as simple as this.... Hire a Real Estate Team.  A team of professionals can be in more places at once, and therefore enhance the quality of the service you receive.  Typically, the commission charged for this service is the same as if you had hired a Realtor that works alone, but affords you the benefit of having several people working to get your home sold quickly, with the least amount of hassle, for the highest price.  So when you decide it's time to move and you are considering "Debbie Smith" or "The Johnathon Walker Team", go with the team.  Statistics show you'll be happy you did.
